Features of Construction Quantum Database

The article deals with one of the latest trends in IT fields, such as one of the modern studies of quantum informatics - quantum data bases, describes the basic elements of quantum computers, analyzing and comparing fundamental elements of the classical data bases with the same elements of quantum data bases as well as concepts and characters. The papers include the creation of the quantum relational database prototype, which is based on the described analyze and its realization with the software tools of SQL Server.
