It’s discussed topic of constructing the algorithm of solving one class problem of routing, which is one of the core components of system aiding decision making of practical vehicle routing problem. Algorithm is divided into three main components: Possible route construction, solving problems for TSP possible routes, and selecting optimal route of set partitioning problem. Routing problem is derived from well-known 25 object TSP method, which is solved as stated above.
