High-performance liquid chromatographic separation of streoisomers of chiral triazole-based agrochemicals using polysaccharide-based chiral selectors and polar-organic mobile phases

In this project the high-performance liquid chromatographic separation of streoisomers of chiral triazole-based chiral agrochemicals was studied using polysaccharide-based chiral selectors and polar-organic mobile phases such as methanol, ethanol and acetonitrile. The special emphasis was placed on the elution order of stereoisomers. Several interesting examples of stereoisomer elution order reversal were observed based on the chemistry of chiral selectors and nature of the mobile phase.
