The influence of cellular proteome from adult rat brain on the proliferation of bone maroow cells

The cellular proteome is obtained from adult rat brain the main components of which are thermostable proteins.These proteins, due to inhibition of RNA synthesis, decreases the mitotic activity of homologous cells in growing animals. It is characterised with tissue specificity which reveals only to terminally differentiated cells. At the same time it is not known if the organ specificity reveals in case of actively proliferating tissues of adult organisms, for example bone marrow.
